This  morning, December 5, 2012, Washington Post Live will host “Leading the Way: Women in 2012,” a forum dedicated to showcasing exceptional women leaders. It starts t 8:30 am Eastern.

Leaders from various fields will be there to discuss what has motivated them, how they overcame challenges and tell personal stories of their road to success

The central them? Sharing what they know now that they wish they’d known as teenager.
