She is a volunteer and committee member for The Reading Connection, which helps at-risk families throughout the DC Metro area create environments that encourage family reading. Ann Bevans is a writer, graphic designer and web developer. Patricia A. Frame is an experienced Human Capital issues speaker and management consultant.
